What We Built
We redesigned the entire onboarding funnel around a "time-to-first-insight" metric. A preloaded demo dataset let users experience the product's core value within 60 seconds of sign-up. A guided checklist with contextual tooltips replaced the blank dashboard, and a conversion-triggered email sequence reinforced progress milestones.
