InnoCap's medication management platform was leaking users at every step of the daily care funnel. Multi-tap logging flows, generic push notifications, and clinical terminology created friction that caused patients to disengage within the first two weeks — before the product could demonstrate value. Adherence rates were critically low despite strong clinician adoption.
The Solution
What We Built
We conducted a drop-off audit across the patient journey and identified six friction points killing daily engagement. Logging was collapsed to a single tap, notification copy was personalised by medication type and patient history, and all clinical language was replaced with plain English. A progressive onboarding flow brought patients to their first successful log within 90 seconds of sign-up.
