What Keeper Was Facing
Keeper was losing subscribers at renewal — both through payment failures and deliberate cancellation. The product delivered strong security value but failed to communicate it to users during the subscription period. Users who rarely experienced a security event had no visible proof the product was working, weakening their renewal intent.
The Solution
What We Built
We introduced a value dashboard surfacing real-time security metrics — blocked threats, password health scores, breach alerts — making the invisible protection visible. Renewal communications were redesigned around value summaries rather than generic reminders, and the cancellation flow was redesigned with a pause option and personalised retention offer at the moment of exit intent.
