MaxSense's sensor dashboard presented engineers with dense, unfiltered data streams — technically complete but operationally useless under pressure. Adoption was stalling because users reverted to manual processes when the interface couldn't support fast decision-making. Daily active usage was under 30% of licensed seats despite full deployment.

What We Built
We restructured the dashboard around operational decision workflows rather than data categories. Alert hierarchies were redesigned to surface critical signals first, data visualisations were rebuilt for at-a-glance interpretation, and role-based views eliminated noise for different user types. A custom alert configuration UI reduced setup time from 45 minutes to under five.
