What MetekuAI Was Facing
MetekuAI's platform delivered powerful AI-generated insights, but the interface was presenting raw model outputs that non-technical users could not act on. Adoption was stalling outside the data science team — business users opened the platform, couldn't interpret the results, and returned to their existing tools. The product had a usage cliff after the first week.
The Solution
What We Built
We designed a translation layer between AI outputs and business decisions — every insight was paired with a plain-English interpretation and a suggested action. Dashboard views were rebuilt for four distinct user roles, with complexity increasing progressively. An AI confidence indicator was introduced to help users calibrate how much to act on each recommendation.
